Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

At Meister Group Frankfurt, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, as a provider of perishable and custom-made goods, certain legal limitations apply to returns. Please read this policy carefully.

 

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

 


If you are a consumer (as defined in §13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days without giving any reason—unless one of the exceptions listed below applies.


The withdrawal period expires 7 days after the day you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.

2. Exclusions from Withdrawal (Non-Returnable Items)

 


According to §312g BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

 

  • Perishable goods (e.g. fresh flowers, floral arrangements, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Gift cards

  • Food and beverages (e.g. wine, champagne) where the seal has been broken

  • Personal care or intimate items

 

 


 

 

3. Conditions for Returns (Where Applicable)

 


If your product is eligible for return (e.g. non-perishable merchandise), the following must apply:

 

  • Item must be unused and in original condition and packaging

  • Return must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included

 


Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Please note:

Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 


 

 

4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

 


In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, including but not limited to:

 

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Opened software, media, or hygiene-sealed items

  • Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error

  • Late returns (beyond 14 days, if accepted exceptionally)

 

 


 

 

5. Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment within a few business days.

 


 

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

 


If you have not received your refund:

 

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (may take time to reflect)

  3. Contact your bank—processing delays may apply

7. Sale Items

 


Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 


 

 

8. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

 


We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

9. Gifts

 

 

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

 


 

 

10. Return Shipping

 


Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.


We recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance for items over €75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

11. Cancellation

Cancellation of Orders We reserve the unrestricted right to cancel or withdraw from any order—before or after order confirmation—without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to cases involving technical issues, product unavailability, delivery constraints, or suspected misuse of our system.

In particular, we reserve the right to cancel orders where incorrect pricing has been displayed due to human error, system malfunction, or any technical issue. In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and any payments already made will be fully refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without giving a reason. This applies particularly in cases of system error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, unavailability, or pricing discrepancies. Refunds will be made where payment has already been received.
